COTS Space
My lunch meeting scrubbed today (if I may use the lingo) so I'm taking the opportunity to read through the COTS final announcement (and simultaneously watch the New Horizons 3rd launch attempt on NASA TV).
At approx. T-Minus 10 minutes and counting... much more on the cool COTS initiative to come (and check out Michael's COTS Watch). I hope everybody is hard at work on those proposals (due by March 3).
