Brachet on UN Space
Yesterday morning, Gérard Brachet, the chairman of the UN Committee for the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS), gave a talk at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington.Gérard said he was speaking "in a personal capacity" and his comments did not necessarily reflect the views of COPUOS.
