Hill Updates
Two quick items from Congress space:
INA reform has passed the Senate (again) and is ready for the president's signoff. Finally. Griffin expressed his appreciation. (via SpaceRef)
While riding the subway yesterday, multitasking Jeff Foust took the opportunity to review the conference report on the 2006 NASA appropriations bill. (Subway? Well that's what we call it here in NYC, but I thought in D.C. it was the Metro?) Thanks, Jeff.
The senate approved Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison's (R-TX) amendment to the 2006 Defense Authorization bill to encourage cooperation between DOD and NASA.
