Rights to Luna
Sam Dinkin kicked off an interesting analysis and discussion about the costs of launch vs. lack of lunar property rights as impediments to moon development (and along the way wondered if he could "get the US Supreme Court to void the Lunar property rights portion of the Outer Space Treaty as an unconstitutional taking?"
